Carajay Riverland houseboat. Conditions of hire

We look forward to welcoming you on board The Carajay Riverland houseboat. To ensure your holiday is relaxing and memorable, please be aware of the following conditions of hire:

The person responsible for the craft under hire must be over 21 years of age and hold and present on arrival, a current boat or car driving licence and agree to observe all Transport SA Marine Section Regulations that apply.
Number of persons abroad the craft must not exceed the number of berths by Maritime Regulations.
A DEPOSIT OF $800.00 IS REQUIRED WHEN BOOKING. Payable within 7 days of booking.
Final payment is due 6 weeks in advance of trip.
A CASH OR MONEY ORDER SECURITY BOND OF $1000.00 is payable when boarding the craft.
Bond refunded by mail, less fuel cost when boat is returned on time in good order and condition. Damage or loss will be charged for at cost.
Where late cancellations occur and we cannot re-book the craft for the period, we reserve the right to refund at our discretion.
Boarding and disembarking times are flexible, these will be arranged at time of hiring.
Instruction will be given in handling the craft.
The craft must not be driven at night.
No pets, firearms, axes, chainsaws or trail bikes.
No smoking inside the craft.
The owner reserves the right to refuse any person or persons the use of the craft.
